A safer way to start

Turn the first conversation into a testable milestone.

01

Typical friction

Important messages lost in hierarchy and disconnected pieces.

02

How we shape it

We confirm the expected outcome, inspect the available inputs, expose the main risk and define an observable acceptance criterion before expanding scope.

03

Useful first milestone

A visual system pilot applied to one real asset.

Send the outcome, deadline and what already exists. We will reply with the smallest useful first step.
